Three ways to experience Costa Brava on the ground: a group departure on a published date, a private escape for two, or a trip built entirely around you.
Every visit is built around the same core — a meeting at the project office and a guided tour of the lots and the homes. What changes is the pace, the company you keep and how much of Guanacaste you see around it. The gateway is Guanacaste Airport in Liberia (LIR), 89 km from the site.

Costa Brava Discovery Days
A three-day, two-night group tour for 8 to 16 guests, departing on a published date. Designed for prospective buyers and real estate brokers.

Day 1
Arrival
Group pickup at Guanacaste Airport (LIR) at two set times, a transfer of about two hours to San Juanillo and check-in at a boutique hotel. Oceanfront welcome dinner and introductions.
Day 2
Costa Brava Day
Project presentation in the morning — master plan, inventory, pricing, financing and questions — then a guided tour of the lots, the completed homes, the beachfront and the clubhouse area, and lunch on site. The afternoon is San Juanillo Beach, surf at Marbella or snorkelling, and the day closes with a sunset cocktail for buyers and brokers.
Day 3
Surroundings and departure
An optional sunrise visit to Ostional Wildlife Refuge, 8 km away, with turtle nesting in season. Half-hour one-to-one meetings with the sales team for guests ready to reserve, then the transfer back to LIR for flights after 15:00.

Ground transfers LIR–San Juanillo–LIR, two hotel nights, daily breakfast, two lunches, two dinners, the project presentation and guided site tour, the afternoon activities, a bilingual host (English and Spanish, Russian on request) and the project kit with plans, price list and the foreign buyer's guide.
Not included
International flights, travel insurance, beverages outside meals and gratuities.
Three to four departures a year, preferably in the dry season between December and April. The date is confirmed 30 days ahead once eight guests are registered; otherwise it moves or is refunded in full.

A private four-day, three-night package for a couple, with a set itinerary and departures any day of the year on fourteen days' notice.

Day 1
Arrival
Private pickup at LIR, the transfer to San Juanillo and a welcome dinner.
Day 2
Costa Brava in private
A one-to-one meeting with the project team, a tour of the lots that match your budget and lunch on site. The afternoon is free, at the beach.
Day 3
Living the area
A morning experience of your choice — surfing in Marbella, horseback riding, diving or Ostional — and an afternoon in Nosara to see the services, restaurants, schools and healthcare. A sunset return to your preferred lot.
Day 4
Departure
Breakfast, an optional final meeting to reserve, and the transfer to LIR.
Included
A private driver and vehicle throughout, three nights at a boutique hotel in an ocean-view room, daily breakfast, two lunches, two dinners, the Day 3 experience, a private host and the project kit.

The trip counts toward the purchase
If you sign a reservation within 90 days of the trip, the full tour price you paid — flights and extras aside — is credited to the down payment on your lot or home. The visit is a step in buying, not a cost on top of it.
